Qualifications

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Finance Consultant, you will work closely with client business teams to lead functional areas, define scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.

  • Participate in Workday Financial deployments in various roles.
  • Manage Workday AMS activities.
  • Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to meet their goals.
  • Advise on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Configure systems, perform testing, and manage data activities to meet client expectations.
  • Assist in migrating legacy data into Workday.
  • Support integration teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party solutions.
  • Share knowledge, support, and mentor new team members.
  • Support sales activities and business development efforts.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, staying updated on the Workday roadmap.
  • Stay informed about industry practices and engage with customers on relevant topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience with at least one Workday module, such as Financial Management, Expenses, or Procurement (essential).
  • 3-5 years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
  • Experience in implementing functional areas like R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany.
  • Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area, preferably Record to Report (R2R).
  • Experience in process design and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience in data management, system configuration, and administration.
  • Growth mindset.
