Role: Experienced Workday Delivery Lead

As part of a team of advisory professionals, you will deliver cloud-based HR solutions, guiding clients through rapid deployments and transformations to improve their work processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations, utilizing your project and stakeholder management skills
• Assemble and lead teams to deliver solutions aligned with client agreements
• Manage client stakeholders, project financials, and delivery quality for Workday engagements
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, within-budget delivery using established processes and tools
• Mentor and coach consultants and project managers
• Participate in (pre-)sales activities to grow your skills and client base

Required Skills and Experience

• End-to-end responsibility for Workday implementation (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
• Experience in at least 2 Workday delivery engagements
• Stakeholder, resource, financial, and quality management skills
• Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions efficiently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in HR systems and/or ERP implementations
• Experience managing diverse teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations
• Experience with large, complex system transformations
• Workday PM/EM certification or other project management/agile certifications
