Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Workday Consultant (Core HCM) for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

We seek a Workday Core HCM Implementation Consultant with expertise in Job Profiles and Security Configuration to support the deployment of our Workday Core HCM solution. Responsibilities include design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Core HCM components, focusing on job architecture and security frameworks.

You will:

1. Configure and maintain Workday Job Profiles, Job Families, Job Levels, and related elements.
2. Support Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and ensure role-based access compliance.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions for job catalog management and data security.
4. Assist with Workday HCM data conversion and validation.
5. Support documentation, training, and job aids development.
6. Troubleshoot issues related to job profiles or security.
7. Monitor community updates and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, including full lifecycle implementations.
2. Expertise in Workday Job Profiles, Catalogs, and Security Configuration.
3. Strong understanding of Workday security models.
4. Experience with Workday EIBs, Reporting, and Business Process Framework is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Workday Pro or Partner Certification in Core HCM or security.
• Experience in a global HRIS environment with complex job architectures.
• Knowledge of HR data security compliance requirements.
