Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant (Core HCM) for a 6-month FTC to support the deployment of Workday Core HCM, focusing on job architecture and security configuration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining Workday Job Profiles, Job Families, Job Levels, and related elements.
  • Supporting Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and Business Process Security Policies to ensure role-based access aligns with policies and compliance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions for job catalog management and data security.
  • Assisting with Workday HCM data conversion and validation.
  • Supporting documentation, training materials, and user aids development.
  • Resolving issues related to job profiles or security setups.
  • Monitoring updates from the Workday community to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Expertise in Workday Job Profiles, Job Catalogs, and Security Configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security models and policies.
  • Experience with Workday EIBs, Reporting, and Business Process Framework is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Workday Pro or Partner Certification in Core HCM or security.
  • Experience in a global HRIS environment with complex job architectures.
  • Knowledge of HR data security compliance requirements.
