A leading consultancy is expanding its Powered Enterprise function and seeking an Assistant Manager – Workday HCM Consultant to join a growing team focused on delivering complex Workday implementations across a diverse client portfolio.

The role sits within a team specialising in end-to-end cloud transformation, combining deep functional expertise with technical delivery across HR domains. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects, lead workstreams, and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client-facing workshops and facilitating discussions across functional workstreams
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM modules, including oversight of offshore configuration and testing teams
• Producing high-quality deliverables such as functional specifications, process flows, and test plans
• Applying best practice methodologies and identifying opportunities for business process improvement
• Supporting client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements:

• Certified in Workday Core HCM
• Experience delivering at least one Workday HCM module (functional and/or technical)
• Strong background in producing project documentation and managing client relationships
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore resources
• Understanding of delivery methodologies and awareness of industry trends
• Certification or experience with additional Workday modules (e.g. Payroll, Learning, Talent, Absence)
• Experience mentoring junior team members or graduates

Location: London-based with flexible hybrid working available. Offices also in Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.
