Bupa has been a Workday customer for over 5 years with a mature setup that still has room to evolve. We have exciting plans, including implementing Candidate Messaging and a full rollout to one of our UK-based businesses.

You will own the development of Workday and its Recruiting roadmap, partner with four recruitment teams across Bupa, and be hands-on in configuring and developing the system. You will manage a Senior Analyst, help develop their technical skills, and ensure governance, compliance, and change processes are followed. Your work will also aim to improve the employee experience through user-centric solutions.

How you’ll help us make health happen

  • Proactively assess and improve existing processes from various perspectives
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and create solutions
  • Assess the impact of changes and potential unseen effects
  • Design and build technical configurations within talent and compensation modules
  • Create collateral and conduct training to facilitate deployment
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate on improvements
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Analyst

Key Skills and Qualifications needed for this role

  • Thorough understanding of Workday, especially Recruitment & Onboarding functionalities
  • Confidence in requirements gathering, solution creation, and technical configuration
  • Strong consulting skills, including presenting and leading workshops
  • Interest in technology and its role in HR operations
  • Excellent self-management, prioritisation, and planning skills
  • Passion for collaboration and delivering successful outcomes

Our benefits include wellbeing programs, flexible working, family-friendly benefits, 25 days holiday (plus options to buy/sell), health insurance, pension, onsite gyms or discounts, and a 10% management bonus.
