We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within the Workday platform. This role supports business intelligence (BI) and data analysis needs primarily related to Human Resources (HR) and/or Finance. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring accurate, accessible, and actionable data insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards tailored to specific business needs.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze HR and finance data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into clear technical specifications.

System Support:

  • Provide support for Workday reporting functions, including issue troubleshooting and data integrity checks.

Data Governance:

  • Implement and uphold data governance best practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in reporting.

Release Management:

  • Support Workday’s bi-annual release cycles, assessing and testing impacts on reporting functionalities.

Training & Documentation:

  • Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions; create and maintain thorough documentation for reporting processes.
