Are you an experienced Workday Benefits Lead Consultant ready to take on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading consultancy to deliver a high-impact Workday implementation. The requirement has been approved and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

About the Role:

As the Workday Benefits Lead Consultant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery across the HCM and Benefits workstreams. You’ll work closely with the customer and project teams through all phases of the Workday deployment lifecycle: Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Post-Production / Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Discovery and Design/FAS workshops
• Support planning and estimation of project activities
• Drive configuration, tenant setup, and unit testing
• Support all customer testing activities and defect resolution
• Lead deployment and cutover activities
• Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing guidance to customers and team members
• Collaborate with Workday Delivery Assurance/internal QA teams
• Assist with data collection and loading as required

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading Workday Benefits implementations
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Benefits modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor and support consultants and clients through the deployment lifecycle
