CMC Markets is hiring a Workday Analyst to support the Head of HRIS in London. This role offers the opportunity to manage the maintenance of Workday, troubleshoot issues, improve HR processes, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a global HR team. Candidates should have proven experience with Workday HCM, advanced analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
We are hiring a Workday Analyst who will support the Head of HRIS in the development and maintenance of Workday. The Workday Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support in a busy environment to the wider HR team including; troubleshooting, understanding and playing back the system set-up, as well as having an operational focus helping to drive forward, support and develop annual processes such as the performance review cycle, compensation review and mandatory learning periods. This role also has a strong reporting element, and will liaise with key stakeholders and users to add value with MI reporting. The HRIS Analyst will adapt and understand our unique set-up and utilise their knowledge and experience to help improve processes within and surrounding Workday.
