Job description

Are you an Adaptive Planning Consultant with a valid Adaptive Platform Certification and a track record of delivering high-impact Workday projects?

We're supporting a leading Workday partner on the lookout for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This role is remote and offers an estimated 37 hours per week, with a strong focus on Workforce Planning (WFP) configuration and deployment.

This is a great opportunity for a certified Adaptive expert to contribute to a high-visibility project while maintaining a strong utilisation rate across multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading configuration, testing, and deployment activities for assigned Workday Adaptive Planning projects – specifically Workforce Planning (WFP).

  • Ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met on time and within the agreed number of hours.

  • Providing AMS (Application Management Services) and post-deployment support as required.

  • Contributing to additional Adaptive Planning initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely weekly timesheets and project tracking documentation.

  • Maintaining a utilisation rate of 85% or higher throughout the contract.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Workday Adaptive Platform Certification (essential).

  • Strong experience delivering Adaptive Planning projects, ideally with Workforce Planning (WFP) involvement.

  • Ability to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables independently and efficiently.

  • Proven consulting experience within the Workday ecosystem.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
