Work Supervisor needed in Lewisham, £27.75ph PAYE - Reference: OR10889

Housing Needs Service is looking for a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

1. Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
2. Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
3. Reduce void backlog.
4. Draft Statements of Work (SoWs) using the relevant Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes.
5. Act as a point of contact between different departments.
6. Possess excellent IT skills for presenting.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
