The role

Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers, managing repair requests, recording details accurately, and coordinating with appropriate departments. Dispatch work orders, monitor asset systems, and update information promptly. Provide excellent customer service, respond to lift alarms, assist with insurance claims, and ensure asset maintenance aligns with operational targets. Contribute to engineering and administrative functions and analyze data for scheduling efficiency.
