Job description

VANRATH is excited to assist a leading Professional Services company in recruiting a Planner & Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a company renowned for its excellent culture in NI and offers opportunities for career progression.

The role involves shifts from Monday to Friday with no weekend work. It is a permanent position based at the company's Newtownabbey office.

This position also provides growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the initial contact point for tenants regarding urgent, routine, and adaptation works.
  2. Schedule customer appointments and create events.
  3. Notify customers about the planned arrival of workers.
  4. Assign jobs to relevant trades/departments considering cost, customer service, and resource availability.
  5. Raise survey events for new COTs, adaptations, and response jobs.
  6. Monitor the progress of all jobs to ensure completion and correct PDA documentation.
  7. Coordinate with the administration team, supervisor, and management to address queries and review ongoing works.
  8. Communicate daily with client district maintenance officers/administrators.
  9. Monitor required completion dates, ensuring they are met or extensions are requested when necessary.
  10. Handle queries and resolve complaints.
  11. Maintain standards and processes to meet KPI targets.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  2. Previous experience in scheduling/logistics.
  3. Experience in customer service and delivering customer excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment, particularly housing maintenance.
  2. A Degree or HND in a related discipline.
