About Us: 1Office is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch IT solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team in a work placement role as a trainee 1st Line Support Engineer.

Role Overview: As a First Line IT Support Engineer intern, you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving a variety of IT-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

Document and track issues in our ticketing system.

Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex problems.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability Monday - Friday 11am - 2pm
