SII UK seeks experienced Work Package Managers / Engineering Delivery Managers in Belfast to lead complex engineering programmes. You will own delivery baselines, develop integrated plans, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
Collaboration across systems, software, hardware, and integration is essential. You will apply EVM controls, manage risks, report to senior stakeholders, and contribute to bid planning and cost estimation.
We are looking for experienced Work Package Managers / Engineering Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes in Belfast. This role sits at the heart of programme execution, ensuring that engineering activities are delivered on time, within cost, and to the required quality standards.
Must be eligible for UK security clearance
