Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution, approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive management experience in a Maternal Child Services setting.
- A proven track record in clinical management and senior leadership potential.
- Strong experience in financial and risk management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
