Overview

Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. A Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. This role is work from home indefinitely. You will need a decent Windows computer, a USB headset with a microphone, and a reliable broadband connection.

You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience, good communication skills on the phone, and the ability to input information into a computer. A charity mindset and the ability to work independently are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound telesales and fundraising activities by phone.
• Meet or exceed weekly target of 15 sign-ups.
• Input and manage information accurately in the computer system.
• Participate in weekly remote training sessions on Zoom.
• Complete a telephone interview with a script-based roleplay as part of the selection process.

Schedule

The role is 8 hours per day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00 and 20:00, including one Saturday 10:30–18:30. If you work Saturday, you receive a day off in the following week.

Compensation

Base pay starts at £12.35 per hour, with potential increases to £12.70 and £13.05 per hour based on consistent target achievement and strong performance. On-target earnings (OTE) commission opportunities are available. During training/graduation Bay, the pay rate is £12.21 per hour (typically the first two weeks, depending on performance).

Bonus: for each sign-up beyond the minimum target, £17.50 is paid per sign-up. If you hit 15 sign-ups per week, you earn an extra £2 per hour on top of the base rate.
