Job Details

This role involves outbound telesales or fundraising for a Bristol-based charity call centre. It is a work-from-home position with requirements including recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience, a decent Windows computer, a USB headset with microphone, and a broadband connection with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

The position requires good communication skills, passion for charity work, and the ability to input data into a computer. Training is conducted weekly via Zoom, with the initial 14 hours of training pay held back until 120 hours of service are completed.

Working Hours and Compensation

The work schedule is 8 hours per day (7 hours paid), Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00, with one Saturday shift from 10:30 to 18:30. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week. The pay rate starts at £12.21 per hour during training, increasing to £12.35 per hour afterward, with potential rises to £12.70 and £13.05 based on performance. Additional earnings include bonuses for exceeding sign-up targets and per sign-up commissions.
