Work from Home - Online Product Support (Entry Level)

Job Description

Product Testers are wanted to work from home in the UK to fulfill upcoming contracts with local and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between £18/hr and £32/hr, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

There is no payment required to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping; everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, and we pay weekly every Wednesday via direct deposit or check.

UK Product Testers is a consulting firm specializing in product testing and development. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) in the UK and internationally, providing real-time user feedback to companies and market research firms to evaluate products for certification and market access.

During the application process, reputable market research companies will assess your demographics and consumer profile to determine suitable products for testing. These companies will use questionnaires to identify and target specific consumer types, ensuring appropriate participant engagement and representative sampling.

Participation in these panels is free, secure, and private. IHUT is a quick, easy, and enjoyable way to earn extra cash by sharing your opinions on upcoming products and services in the UK market.

Main Duties

• Document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including screenshots, audio, videos, and journal entries.
• Carefully handle the tested products and use them responsibly.
• Follow the provided Daily Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, providing feedback online or via mobile, usage, reviews, and taking pictures.
• Some projects may require using MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture insights.
• Participate in private chat discussions about the product, if required.

• Access to a digital or mobile camera for taking pictures.
