The Work Experience Opportunity:
The People & Talent team at LBR drives our business forward by recruiting diverse top talent, developing our employees, and fostering an inclusive work environment. We focus on training, development, and employee wellbeing.
The role involves various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy development, learning and development, and promoting diversity and inclusion. The program offers practical experience to help develop your skills and explore a career in People & Talent. You will assist the team with daily tasks, support engagement projects, research best practices, and meet team members to learn about different roles. You will be paired with a 'buddy' and a mentor to guide you throughout the placement.

How it works:
This unpaid work experience lasts 5-10 days (5 hours per day), which can be completed remotely or in a hybrid format (some days in the office, some from home), based on your preference. Travel costs will be covered if the placement is in-person.
