Job Description:

Work Experience Coordinator

Role Description: As a Work Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of curriculum teaching professionals to support learners' development of work readiness skills across various vocational levels.

Your duties include providing support to learners through delivering a comprehensive work experience and industry placement program to help learners take ownership of their career plans and achieve their personal aspirations, progressing in their working lives.

You will support learners in working with colleagues and employers to secure work experience opportunities aligned with their study programs. You will also ensure accurate records of learners' progress are maintained, recorded, validated, and reported using internal college systems.

A general education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required, along with GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
