Job description

This is a great opportunity for someone to develop a long-term career within a growing and developing business. As a Workday specialist, you will support the design, implementation, and management of talent and learning initiatives within the organization through the Workday platform. This role involves analyzing learning and development data, creating reports, providing insights, and managing the configuration of Workday Learning and Talent modules to align with the company's learning and talent development strategies.


As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Workday Learning and Talent Management – Configure, manage, and optimize the Workday Learning and Talent modules to support the organization’s learning and development (L&D) and talent management programs.
  2. Reporting and Data Analysis – Analyze data from the Workday Learning and Talent modules to provide insights and recommendations for improving learning effectiveness and talent management strategies.
  3. Learning Program Administration – Support the development and implementation of learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and professional development initiatives.
  4. Employee and Stakeholder Support – Provide support to employees and managers on the use of Workday Learning and Talent modules, troubleshooting technical issues.
  5. Process Improvement and Optimization – Continuously evaluate and improve the use of Workday Learning and Talent features to meet evolving business needs.

Your experience

To be considered for this role, you should have strong experience in Workday Learning modules, Workday Talent Management modules, data analysis, reporting, and learning management systems (LMS). You should also be an excellent problem-solver.
