Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge is seeking a Work-Based Learning Officer within the Employability Services team. You will help students gain placements, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and support employability events, acting as a key contact for students and employers.

The role is on campus at least 80% of the week, requiring a degree or substantial experience and strong organisational and communication skills. ARU offers generous benefits and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification at degree level, or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience in student support, placement coordination, recruitment or similar.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help students gain valuable work-based learning experiences and secure placements.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for placements.
• Deliver first-line careers information and employability advice.
• Support the delivery of employability events and workshops and create engaging digital content.
