We are seeking a seasoned WordPress Developer who has previous experience in the Fitness and Wellbeing industry. The role brings an exciting opportunity to re-platform and rebuild our clients existing website—migrating from Umbraco to WordPress.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom WordPress development, including the development and maintenance of custom plugins. A solid understanding of SEO best practices is essential, as optimising our digital presence is one of the key goals of this project. A strong grasp of APIs is also required, as is the ability to integrate third-party systems and services efficiently within the WordPress framework.

Role: WordPress Developer

Location: Remote (opportunity to travel onsite if preference was to work from an office)

Contract: 3 months

• SEO Knowledge
• Custom WordPress Development experience including plugin use/optimization.
• Event Tracking: GA4, GTM (Tag setup, triggers, variables, custom events)
• Strong knowledge of APIs and third-party integration.
• Strong front-end experience
• Exposure and understanding of DevOps principles.
• Experience using Jira
• Experience working with Google Tag Manager
