Countryside Classroom in Helmsley, York is seeking a part-time woodland specialist to work with landowners and volunteers to create new broadleaved habitat within the North York Moors National Park. The role supports long-term woodland creation targets related to the Woodsmith Mine agreement.

You will bring experience with landowners, practical land management knowledge, and ability to coordinate contractors and volunteers in a team setting.

• Experience of working with landowners to deliver conservation work.
• Practical understanding of land management and wooded habitat creation.
• Methodical and organised approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Help establish new broadleaved wooded habitat within the National Park.
• Work with landowners and volunteers to deliver conservation projects.
