Job summary

Provit Recruitment seeks a Production Operative in Rugby (Lawford Heath). You will work 07:00–16:00, Mon–Fri (possible shift 06:00–14:30 soon), at a wood mill producing crates. You will handle hand and power tools, measure with a tape, and follow diagrams while meeting production targets.

The role is full-time, temporary-to-permanent with starting date Wednesday 9 September. £13.41 per hour, 40 hours per week, weekly pay via Provit Recruitment, strong future permanent prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure.
• Ability to measure and cut components to diagram specifications.
• Comfort working in a factory environment and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and use hand/power tools.
• Cut and measure materials to required sizes following diagrams.
• Work toward production targets and maintain safety standards.
