Job description

One of MET s longest serving clients have a number of excellent opportunities to join their well-established operation.

Due to growth and huge upturn in work they are going to be recruiting for a number of experienced Wood Machinists across a variety of shifts.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the wood industry previously and have experience in any of the following:

• CNC Operating
• Operating Edge Banders
• Bench assembly
• Trimming
• Vinyl Press operating

Various shifts will be available including 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4:30pm and either 12pm to 8pm or 2pm to 10pm

Competitive rates of pay on offer depending on experience, no less than GBP13 per hour to start with hugely advantageous shift allowances between 10% - 18% on top of your rate

These are long term roles with the potential for permanent positions in the future for the right candidates.
