What We Are Looking For...
  • Drive sales & maximise profit - you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. From implementing high-standard store layouts to analyzing reports, you will be accountable for your branch's success. Conduct daily floor walks & delegate effectively, staying on top of competitor activity and communicating trade feedback at all levels.
  • Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience! Lead by example, motivate your team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling across all store areas.
  • Recruit & retain the best talent - be passionate about your team’s development. Recruit the best team members, train & coach them, and drive succession planning to create future managers. Manage team performance effectively.
  • Control costs & manage loss prevention - drive team productivity by managing payroll efficiently. Ensure the store is operationally sound with effective stock management controls. Protect profit by deterring theft through excellent service.
  • Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  • Be a great communicator across all levels.
  • Have great leadership skills.
  • Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Previous experience at Store Manager level or as an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next step.
