Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a Product Developer to drive development and delivery of fashion product ranges. You will partner with Design, Buying, Merchandising and Technical teams to ensure quality, price and margin while shaping sourcing strategies and development through to delivery.

You will nurture supplier relationships, balance commercial targets with design vision, and help advance sustainable fabric and trims options.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Development or a fashion product lifecycle.
• Commercial understanding of costing, margin and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to manage critical paths and deadlines across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and development of your product categories with suppliers.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and review performance regularly.
• Own product costing and margins across categories and negotiate costs.
• Collaborate with Design and Fabric teams to develop new products and sustainable options.
• Manage product development from specs to samples, buys and orders.
• Track category milestones and escalate risks to deliver on time.
• Support the Product team with knowledge sharing and supplier collaboration.
