WYSE London is going through an exciting phase of growth and is looking for the best talent to join us on the journey.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Print Designer with a clear understanding of our customer, an eye for colour, and the ability to work within our growing Design team to produce balanced and joyful prints across all product categories.

You will take a leading role in creating the full range of Wyse prints, working closely with our Founder & Creative Director Marielle and the Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have an eye for colour and form, relevant industry experience, and a feminine yet versatile handwriting style.

This role is suitable for someone with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Print/Textiles Design, seeking an environment to thrive and develop.

Location:

4 days per week in our Shepherds Bush Office, 1 day from home (exceptions may apply when Critical Path requires).

Key responsibilities:

  • Research emerging print trends, vintage influences, and competitors to inform seasonal print boards and ranges.
  • Contribute to seasonal mood, trend, and colour boards in collaboration with the Design team.
  • Design a balanced range of prints that are joyful, sympathetic, and uplifting, tailored to our customer and product range.
  • Manage colour palettes in collaboration with the Creative Director and Design Manager, focusing on key colours and print-only accents.
  • Create cohesive colour stories to ensure print range consistency.
  • Develop precise print packs for suppliers.
  • Possess extensive fabric knowledge and confidently suggest or select new print bases.
  • Manage strike-off approvals, providing feedback on colour matching and print quality, working closely with the Buying team to ensure production aligns with approvals.
  • Liaise daily with factories and suppliers to maintain smooth relationships and improve print methods.
  • Develop an understanding of the Wyse customer through trade updates, Instagram Live feedback, and store visits.
  • React proactively to trade feedback and create new colourways of successful prints.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Keen eye for scale, colour, spacing, and balance in prints.
  • Passion for fashion, with awareness of emerging trends and brands.
  • Broad industry and competitor awareness.
  • Team player capable of working across multiple products and seasons under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, including buying and design teams.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability with a hands-on approach.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and responsive to change, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator, capable of presenting ideas clearly to senior management.
  • Excellent commercial handwriting with a strong sense of colour, proportion, and detail.
