The Couture Club in Manchester is seeking a Head of Womenswear to own the product strategy, range architecture and commercial direction for the category. You will translate market trends from luxury and premium brands into actionable product for our customer at our price and margin point, while building a strong, fast-moving womenswear team.

This role reports to the founders and collaborates with Marketing, Content, and Wholesale.

Qualificações

• Significant womenswear buying experience at senior level with proven item selection.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate market trends into commercial product.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and premium markets and what translates to our customer.
• Proven commercial, BIM, costing, sell-through and range profitability skills.
• Experience negotiating supplier terms to protect margins without compromising quality.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Wholesale account experience with third-party partners.
• Experience briefing designers and collaborating on product development.
• Exposure to fast-fashion cycles and trend-led product development.

Responsabilidades

• Own the womenswear product strategy end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Build a balanced range architecture across core, seasonal and trend product.
• Negotiate supplier costs, MOQs and terms to protect intake margin.
• Lead the womenswear team and mentor staff to high standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Ecom to support campaigns and launches.
• Present category performance and strategy to the founders.
