Job summary

De La Vali is seeking an experienced womenswear designer to lead full wardrobe collections and contribute to seasonal development from concept through to production. You will work closely with the Creative Director, translating concepts into elevated, commercially aware designs across woven, jersey, knitwear, and leather categories.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury fashion, strong garment construction and fabric knowledge, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Excel a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design across woven, jersey, knitwear and leather categories
• Translate concepts into technical designs and tech packs
• Lead design development and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with Creative Director and production partners
• Mentor junior designers and uphold brand aesthetics
