Job Description

• Lead the design team to develop and implement creative design solutions.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion with internal teams and customers.
• Meet with customers to discuss design briefs and requirements.
• Report progress, issues, and successes to senior management regularly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Manager should have:

• Experience working within a medium-large scale fashion supplier.
• Proven experience managing a design team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality multi-product design work.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding and experience of the womenswear fashion market.
• Great relationship-building skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ideally some license experience.
• Experience working with Bangladesh and India.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
