Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Clothing Technologist to join the Womenswear team at Coventry. You will manage the development and delivery of Clothing product plans, ensuring quality, safety and legality in line with customer expectations.

Collaborate with suppliers, designers, buyers, merchandisers and retail teams to drive product development and adherence to timelines. You will line manage a small team, support sustainability plans, and continually improve product quality and customer

Qualifications

Experience coordinating and managing fit sessions throughout product development.
Experience managing the fit approval process to meet quality requirements.
Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigations.

Responsibilities

Lead product development and delivery of Clothing plans, ensuring quality, safety and legality.
Collaborate with suppliers, designers, buyers and retail teams.
Oversee innovative product development, technical approvals and timely delivery.
Resolve issues, manage stock and drive continuous quality improvements.
Support sustainability initiatives and line-manage a small team.
