An exciting new role within our women s and girls operations team

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to lead the coordination and delivery of day–to–day team operations, ensuring a world–class service and performance environment for our Women s First Team players, technical staff, and performance personnel.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement daily and weekly schedules for both players and staff. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all team communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across the group. Additionally, you will take ownership of arranging all home and away fixtures in collaboration with the Women s Club Secretary, ensuring seamless logistics and planning.

Your background

Do you have a detailed knowledge of events operations Are you organised with excellent administration skills We are seeking someone who understands the needs and challenges of cross–club business functions and how they interact with first–team players and management. You should also have a good understanding of budget management and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
