Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives. This is an innovative new service, working specifically with women with housing and recovery needs. As a Floating Support Recovery Worker within Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire, you will work with clients in structured treatment that are entering, or are on a path to enter a housing crisis.
You will actively engage with women and the services they need to support improved health, wellbeing, and social inclusion. Providing wrap around support including practical, emotional, and social aspects of preventing homelessness and maintaining a tenancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar field, who wants to make a difference in working within a new Floating Support service for women throughout Nottinghamshire.

£27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time)
Fixed Term Contract until the 31st March 2026
