Job summary

Advance Charity is seeking a Community Keyworker in Hampshire on a part-time basis, based in Basingstoke. You will provide holistic one-to-one community support to women with complex needs, including Through the Gate work, within a feminist organisation.

The role requires excellent relationship-building, safeguarding awareness, and strong admin skills, with knowledge of the criminal justice system in Hampshire. A UK driving licence with access to a car is required.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence with access to a car.
• Safeguarding procedures knowledge.
• Strong administration skills.
• Understanding of the criminal justice system and local Hampshire support provisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic one-to-one community support to women with complex needs.
• Work with women in the Criminal Justice System, Probation in the Community and those being released from prison as part of Post Sentence Supervision.
• Collaborate with a regional team of Community Keyworkers to deliver Through the Gate support.
