Job summary

Advance Charity is seeking a Community Keyworker in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The role is 17.5 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £26,040–£29,760, fixed term until 31 March 2027.

The post requires a UK driving licence and access to a car for work, working within a feminist, women-only organisation that supports women in the Criminal Justice System. Qualifications

• UK driving licence with access to a car for work purposes.
• Strong relationship-building skills with women in the criminal justice system.
• Good safeguarding knowledge and compliant behaviours.
• Experience supporting clients with complex needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic one-to-one community support to women with a variety of needs.
• Support women involved in the Criminal Justice System, probation, and post-release supervision.
• Deliver in-reach and Through the Gate support in collaboration with regional teams.
• Develop individualised support plans to help clients progress beyond their probation.
