Job summary

Advance is seeking a Community Keyworker in Basingstoke to provide holistic one-to-one support to women involved in the Criminal Justice System, including those on Probation and those leaving prison. The role emphasises a gendered, feminist approach and requires a UK driving licence with access to a car for work.

• Creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

• Work with women in the Criminal Justice System, Probation in the Community, and post-sentence supervision.
