A local hockey club is seeking a dedicated Junior Head Coach to lead training sessions for young players aged U8 to U16 in Wolverhampton. The successful applicant will develop the training program, mentor volunteer coaches, and ensure effective transitions for junior players into senior hockey. Candidates should possess a UKCC level 1 coaching qualification, a First Aid Certificate, and experience in coaching with strong interpersonal skills. Competitive pay will be discussed based on qualifications and experience, with potential financial support for further coaching qualifications.

This role is supported by a Junior Co-ordinator who will provide full admin support to ensure all pitches are booked, information shared via PitchHero and social media, umpires organised and tournaments entered.
There may also be opportunity to take mid-week coaching sessions for the older junior players.
