Responsibilities
- Ensure stock and process accuracy within finished goods warehouses.
- Act as a contact person for WMS within the Ely group.
- Work on ERP process improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot transaction issues within the ERP system.
- Train others on WMS and ERP processes.
What is the job?
We’re looking for a WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)/Inventory Controller to ensure stock and process accuracy within our finished good warehouses and collaborate in process improvements activities within the WMS ERP system with other stakeholders.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm
Department: Tables Logistics
Interview process: 2 stage process following shortlisting – First stage: 1 hour Teams interview
Second stage: OnSite 2 hour interview

What we would like you to do/ to see…
• Contact person for ‘Warehouse Management systems’ (WMS) within the Ely group, ensuring best practice is followed and lead testing for ERP code delivery updates.
• Actively work on ERP process improvement activities across all WMS transactions (both incoming and outgoing), to remove waste and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Trouble shoot known transaction issues within our ERP system, and share findings with relevant teams
• Train others within the scope of WMS and other associated ERP processes
• Maintain accuracy within our finished goods inventory across all functions within Ely.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure our inventory levels fulfill customer needs while balancing storage space.
• Investigate NCR related to shipping errors in the full value stream, collaborating with relevant teams to train/changes processes to ensure route cause fix.
• Explore new electronic workflows to enable smooth material flow in all value streams.
