WM Pensions Fund -Customer Service Assistant

Join Our Team as a Pensions Fund - Customer Service Assistant!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts make a real difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading Pensions Fund, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Location: Wolverhampton

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Hourly rate: £13.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:

Respond to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Provide timely and accurate information to members about the Fund and their benefits.
Process amendments to member records and handle a variety of correspondence efficiently.
Manage customer complaints with care, ensuring escalations are addressed appropriately.
Assist members in utilising our web portal and ensure they have access to the right information.
Maintain high standards of work quality through regular monitoring and review processes.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.What We're Looking For:

A commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
Good awareness of pension regulations and the impact they have on members.
The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Experience in handling sensitive situations, showing empathy and professionalism.
