Talent Finder is seeking a reliable 3.5T Driver in Witham to join our depot team on a full-time basis. You will handle deliveries and returns, maintain load security, and perform depot duties with a professional customer-facing approach.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, completing paperwork, assisting with loading, and supporting yard operations while adhering to health and safety policies. The role offers a pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence for 3.5T vehicles.
• Professional and polite manner when dealing with customers.
• Ability to load/unload and assist with depot duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and collect return hire stock along your route.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Secure loads to prevent movement during transport.
• Complete and obtain signatures on delivery paperwork.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled and ready for the next day.
• Assist with loading, unloading and depot operations.
• Follow health and safety policies on site.
