Overview

Nursery Room Leader at RAFAKidz Nursery, Wittering, Peterborough PE8 6DW. Salary £13.30 - £14 per hour, 38 hours over 4 days.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be fully hands-on to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. You will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As part of the management team and a role model to other staff, you will encourage and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their learning journey towards qualifications. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience at a Level 3 position in an early years environment and a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.

• DBS check: satisfactory enhanced DBS on appointment and every three years thereafter.
