Qualifications

• Experience building, modifying or repairing wiring harnesses and loom assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience with crimping, cable preparation and electrical assembly techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach.
• Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, modifying and repairing wiring harnesses and loom assemblies
• Building assemblies from wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering drawings
• Carrying out cable preparation, crimping, connector installation and harness termination
• Supporting prototype, development and production build activities
• Identifying and resolving wiring, connectivity and assembly issues
• Recording build information and maintaining accurate quality documentation
