Key Responsibilities

• The WL Supervisor is the operative leader for the well operation offshore.
• Daily reporting to Archer’s Management onshore.
• Lead safety culture with a focus on Archer’s five core values, in line with other Archer personnel.
• Discuss adaptation, preparation, and execution of intervention work with the Client’s offshore operations leader and in accordance with approved company procedures.
• Fully comply with the company’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Systems.
• Responsible for the preparation of equipment, checking that all necessary equipment is in place for required operations, and alerting the onshore team of any shortfalls promptly.
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools and equipment professionally, in accordance with Archer’s latest instructions and procedures.
• Be thoroughly familiar with and promote the content of Archer’s governing systems.
• Be familiar with Archer’s data reporting systems and Client-specific reporting systems.
• Register all deviations arising during operations and report these to the onshore team.
• Influence and guide co-workers to ensure Client’s regulations and procedures are always followed.
• Participate in specialist training as instructed by the Company and Client.
• Participate in relevant project work, meetings, courses, and additional related tasks.
• Ensure close dialogue with Archer onshore support and the client to optimize tool selection for operations.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all offshore equipment, highlighting and requesting mobilization of any shortfalls.
• Aid in developing processes and procedures for Archer’s growing organization.
• Participate in loadout processes of equipment for specified jobs, if required by line management.
