Overview

As WIP Controller, you will work with agency teams at Publicis Health. You'll act as a business partner to key account management staff, helping manage the financial success of client projects.

You will:

• Partner with account teams to monitor project finances
• Lead WIP/cost reviews and prepare project reporting
• Manage client invoicing, PO tracking, and revenue recognition
• Support month-end processes and job reconciliations in SAP
• Liaise with the credit control team to minimise bad debt
• Be a trusted financial advisor to creative stakeholders

You have:

• Proven experience in a finance support role (WIP Controller, Project Accountant, Analyst, etc.)
• Background in advertising, media, or creative agencies (a big plus!)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial systems (SAP experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A solutions-first mindset and commercial acumen
