Winthrop Technologies invites ambitious undergraduates in Engineering, Construction or related disciplines to join its Engineering Internship Programme. Placements are available for 3, 6, or 9+ months, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced project-driven environment.

Interns will work across BIM, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, EH&S, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management disciplines, gaining exposure to live data centre projects and mentorship from experienced

Qualifications

• Be studying towards a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in engineering or construction.
• Be on track to graduate between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Have a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre development.
• Be a curious and proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into reality.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Display a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist on live, large-scale data centre projects alongside engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.
• Engage in mentorship sessions and structured training.
• Translate ideas into practical solutions through hands-on tasks.
