Location – Stevenage – Office-based role

We are seeking a Wintel Integrator with Microsoft skills to support projects as the business grows. Your responsibilities will include planning, regulating, testing, and maintaining computer operations, producing processes, documenting procedures, providing technical support, and developing new solutions. Good communication skills and the ability to work with various support teams to meet contract requirements are essential.
The successful candidate may also engage in projects outside the immediate scope from time to time. Maintaining high customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs within your support role is crucial. Key tasks and core skills are outlined below, but you may also be involved in other work as directed, contributing to the team’s ability to meet targets, SLAs, and KPIs. You will work within a team of engineers with varying experience, knowledge, and skills. Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
