A leading company in social care is seeking dedicated professionals to support young adults with complex needs. As part of a dynamic team, you will help residents develop life skills and engage in various social activities, making a lasting impact in their lives. Salary: £12.30 – £12.88 per hour, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 2 on 4 off – 7:15 – 9:45

You will work as part of a team supporting residents at Winslow Court, teaching life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, as well as planning and participating in social activities. You will get to know our residents and learn how best to support and encourage lifelong learning.
Activities include swimming, visits to a local care farm for animal care, horse riding, sound baths, horticultural groups, and trips to the Safari park, cinema, concerts, theatre productions (including Kaiser Chiefs, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Bastille, and Shrek the Musical), football matches, and a Manchester United Stadium tour.

About us
Winslow Court provides residential support for young adults aged 18 and over with severe learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviors, mental health issues, and other complex needs.
We are expanding our services and are preparing to welcome our first residents to a newly refurbished 3-bedroom apartment. We are hiring additional staff to support this new phase.
